Hi, I'm Yasser. In 1992, I moved to Italy from Alexandria, Egypt, with little more than a dream and a strong desire to learn. I began my journey in the world of pastry, but it was my encounter with pizza that truly transformed my life. What started as a job soon became a passion, one that has motivated me every day to strive for excellence.
I spent years perfecting my dough, traveling across Italy to uncover the secrets of Neapolitan pizza. After working for twenty years in a historic pizzeria in Pino Torinese, in 2020, I made what seemed like an impossible decision: to become the owner of that small, traditional pizzeria, right in the middle of a global pandemic.
It wasn’t easy, but my passion and respect for the craft gave me the strength to face every challenge. Today, the pizzeria has become a local landmark, and in 2023, I was fortunate enough to open a second one, continuing a dream that begins every day with the warmth of the oven and the care I put into every dough.
Every pizza I make reflects years of dedication and a great deal of humility. For me, it’s not just about making a great pizza—it’s about sharing my passion and commitment with every bite. This is what I aim to offer: an authentic experience, rooted in simplicity and delivered with heart.
